Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 997 Rogers Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Tilden Avenue and Beverley Road, the lot is three blocks west of the Beverley Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Yitzy Stark under the Green Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 7,582 square feet, with 6,523 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 652 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a mezzanine, cellar, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Ar-Tech Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
