Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 1337 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Troy Avenue and Schenectady Avenue, the lot is near the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Michael Uhr of BL Realty Corp is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 8,130 square feet for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 903 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 49-foot-long rear yard.
Gerald J Caliendo Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in June of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Thanks to YIMBY: Your style of this shoot really grabbed me by its building, and demanded I do a little comment. I found some more of its plan, but I couldn’t find out any designs. So I think it’s obvious that this report is the kind of development, on you take it with Google Maps. And residential building going to the extreme and delivers something special on words: When you are showing off the goods. I have to say that I love it.
