Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2097 Davidson Avenue in University Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 180th Street and West 181st Street, the lot is one block north of the Burnside Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Vincent Massari under the 2097 Davidson LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 38-foot-tall development will yield 6,953 square feet, with 6,000 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 600 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
