Permits have been filed for two four-story residential buildings at 2958-2960 Marion Avenue in Bedford Park, The Bronx. Located between Bedford Park Boulevard and East 201st Street, the lots are near the Botanical Garden stop on the Metro-North Harlem and the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Brooklyn Grid is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Each of the proposed 50-foot-tall developments will yield 8,319 square feet, with 7,576 square feet designated for residential space. The buildings will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 947 square feet. The masonry-based structures will also have cellars, penthouses, and 39-foot-long rear yard.
Suresh Manchanda of L&C Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
