Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 179 Lott Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Tilden Avenue and Beverley Road, the interior lot is five blocks west of Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joel Waldman under the Lott Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 10,115 square feet, with 9,400 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 940 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 64-foot-long rear yard.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
