Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 170-13 89th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 170th Street and 171st Street, the lot is a short walk to the 169th Street subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. Karmul Khan under the Dawn of Jamaica LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 21,038 square feet, with 14,247 square feet designated for residential space and an undisclosed square footage for community facility space.
