Permits have been filed for an 18-story residential building at 2047 Ryer Avenue in Fordham, The Bronx. Located between East Burnside Avenue and East 180th Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. UA Builders Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 174-foot-tall development will yield 74,081 square feet, with 67,673 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 102 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 663 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 31-foot-long rear yard.
Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Thanks to Vanessa Londono: It’s disease of words for the development.
How can i apply to these buildings?
An 18 story Badaly. Just copy and paste a 1960s public housing tower and call it a day.
