Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 1641 Undercliff Avenue in Morris Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 175th Street and West 176th Street, the lot is a few blocks west of the 176th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Stagg Group under the 3069 Cannon Place LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 68-foot-tall development will yield 62,185 square feet, with 43,688 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 66 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 35 enclosed parking spaces.
Minkuk Kim of Marin Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
