Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 65 Delmonico Place in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Ellery Street and Park Avenue, the interior lot is within walking distance of both Flushing Avenue subway stations, serviced by the G, J, and M trains. Joel Jakobowitz is listed as the owner behind the applications, and also recently filed permits for the adjacent 763 Park Avenue lot under the same P36 LLC.
The proposed 51-foot-tall development will yield 7,150 square feet, with 5,309 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 663 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 10-foot-long rear yard, but no accessory parking.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
