Permits have been filed for an four-story residential building at 76 Linden Boulevard in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Bedford Avenue and Linden Boulevard, the interior lot is three blocks from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Skyrock NYC Development under the 76 Linden Boulevard LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,239 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 659 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse but no accessory parking.
Jeffrey Sandor Orling Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
