Sterling Properties and Greenwood Development have revealed a collection of 46 rental units at The Vestry in Montclair, New Jersey. The property is located at 147 Bloomfield Avenue in the transit-rich center of the city.
Homes within The Vestry include studios, single bedrooms, and two-bedroom apartments. These accommodations range from 518 square feet up to about 1,100 square feet. Each of the apartments features quartz countertops with waterfall edges, European-style cabinetry with soft-close doors, in-unit washers and dryers, hardwood flooring, Porcelanosa tile, and LED lighting. Select units also include dedicated office space, private balconies, and outdoor terraces.
Residential amenities will include a rooftop lounge complete with an outdoor terrace, a communal barbecue and pizza oven, and a pool table. Additional amenities include a fitness center and a dog wash.
“As one of the New York Metropolitan Area’s premier hubs for dining, shopping, arts, and culture, Montclair has long been a destination for individuals who desire the advantages of the suburbs but want to maintain a cosmopolitan lifestyle,” said Nicholas Hollenbeck, director of sales and marketing for Sterling Properties. “The Vestry opens at a time when this paradigm is expected to expand as a result of the changing desires of renters, and we believe it is the most exciting luxury residential offering that’s ever been available in Montclair.”
Designed by Sionas Architects, the building is expected to achieve LEED certification. At this time, a full project timeline has not been revealed.
