Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 2902 Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located on the Sheepshead Bay waterfront between East 29th Street and Webers Court, the through lot is closest to the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Alexander Levin under the Emmons Project LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 35-foot-tall development will yield 36,975 square feet, with 27,857 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have 41 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 679 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 53 enclosed parking spaces.
Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July 2020 for the one-story commercial building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

So sad the beautiful Sheepshead Bay waterfront is being destroyed by all this overbuilding.
Yes , the beautiful sheepshead bay shore line being destroyed and we’re and our children being striped of our constitutional rights to walk safely and enjoy the sheepshead bay shore view. Cars will be going in and out from this building across the common shore walking path endangering our and our children’s lives and part of our beautiful shore view soon will belong to bunch of people with money !!! How it is Possible? Where is the City Authority? Who is going to protect our rights?
