  2. Not affordable.

  3. Why its so expensive for a low income Appartment what about who makes 20 to 40 thousands dollars per year.

    • I need a place to live please

    • Please I need a Studio
I have MS. Multiple Sclerosis uses a walker to get arond wil need Some type of help with thd rent money only get $757.00. From SSI. Need to get home near my Daughter and 4 beautiful Grandkids. I miss them so much.
      Please I need An Aplication.

    • U must remember where this is. A busy commercial strip with a ltd and local bus near prospect park. The q b 2 3 4 5 trains.

Cost is always an understood thing. But eelatively its a decent price.

As the builder had to assume at least rhree viable buildings or more. Plus air rights expense.

  4. Exactly this is not affordable housing, especially not for low income.

  5. Rafaela Cifuentes | February 7, 2021 at 8:22 pm | Reply

That’s only for rich people , I would like for moderate income because the other housing are not good there are a lot of delicuents

  6. Is this what affordable means to you guys. This is ridiculous and insulting to alot of people that will not be in that salary range. Especially in that area,it’s mostly African American that cannot afford $2000 for a 1 bedroom. My goodness this is like a slap in the face. Sounds like you’re trying to send a message for the type of resident you want. Especially during this pandemic. Just heartless.

    • I agree with you.

    • Kimmy ur right. And wrong. A number of african americans in that hood r qualified medical professionals. There r three hoapitals within 30 minutes. Kings county. Kingsbrook. And suny downstate.
The builsing is on a very busy commercial blvd. The notion of affordability wouldnt fly for most of the buildings tenants. As in 1200 a minth affordable.

  7. Price range is affordable for what this building unit offers. If you think 2K plus is not affordable then don’t bother in being considered for the lottery. Plain and Simple. Price is everything and anything lower will attract the wrong crowd and probably ruin the future sustainability of this unit and it’s tenants.

  8. I want a application.

  9. Where can i fill out the application?

  10. I would like an application.

  11. Affordable is really not affordable. This is strictly designed gentrification.

This is apartments on Church Ace amongst those dealing with the ever growing trickle down from Covid-19 homeless, job loss, and the everlasting affects of systemic racism is a continual slap in the face of the Church Ave community members. Shame on them‼️

  21. I would like for you to send me an application for the affordable housing program! Thank you!

  22. such a disgrace. Luring people in by calling this affordable. And in Flatbush…the horrors of gentrification. And in these Covid times when so many are unemployed

    • Take it up with the City politicians who have designated this housing as “affordable”…!

  23. Many people are struggling with 40 to
50 thousands salary and you have no place for them and how about singles and elders? Why you do not have stodeo apta for them too! 2000.00 dollars minimum rent is outrageous. Please do not call your residential building an affordable place to live. It is only for the elite and upper middle-class people Nevertheless I still congratulate you to build a very beautiful place. Wishing you all the best.

    • please email an application

    • Sorta true. A two househols income with 95000 pr tax could afford. Whixh at its root implies a college educated or union household. Or quite the hustler. 35 percent taxes. Is 33250 taxes. 62000 after taxes. 2000 by 12. 24000k . or 33% rent burden.

These units r not designed for under the table workers and rhose making 16 an hr.

  24. A very beautiful place but not affordable to the struggling people who make about two thousands a month. Besides that you do not have studio apartments for singles. Kindly reduce the rents for hard working NewYorkers.

  25. My name is Alan I’m looking for a studio. or one-bedroom apartment.

    • My God this is what you call affordable housing. You mean affordable for rich people. This is a slap in the face for people who make $15 an hour.

  26. Samantha Ponder | February 8, 2021 at 10:39 am | Reply

Its a disgrace people are being ran out of there own neighborhoods… saying 2 grand a month is affordable and the nerve to put it on Church ave… I guess this is the beginning of the end… welcome GENTRIFICATION

  31. So fxcking vile. They rammed this plastic monstrosity into the heart of a neighborhood when the median income is < 50k. I hope the renters here get shanked and wanked in Bobby's.

  41. I agree with the person who said do not leave your personal information. In order to get an application for any of the developments that you are interested in you must apply at housing connectwebsite. Look for the development that you are interested in and either do the application online on housing connect website or check and see if they have an address to request an application to be mailed out to you. Good luck!

I want to know how much it cost?

  43. I would like an opportunity to apply for the one/two bedroom apt

  44. I would like information on how to submit a application

  45. I know exactly where this building is being built. It’s next to Bobby’s dept store & Dunkin donuts. For affordable housing, this is too high for this location. All of those stores are old & need to be fixed. The train station is across the streets with a bunch of homeless people laying & standing around there. This area needs to be revamped to list these apts for these prices then call them affordable housing.
