Well that’s….something
Can I get an apartment there for myself lease don’t have section8. Just $800.00. In SSI thanks
Yikes.
And are we STILL using FIRE ESCAPES? Good greif.
I don’t get that either?? Apparently an extensive renovation of an existing building. But still a cheap move.
Affordable for who? How many working class people who live in this area can actually afford this? If you’re making over $65000, you do not need affordable housing.
‘Affordable’ subsidized by who? The market rate tenants? The NYC taxpayer?
Affordable housing for any one making 70,000 dollars a year or more is insane. Those making this kind of money can afford a regular apt without a lottery. I hope every landlord who has made it impossible for just the poor to live rots in hell. I hope God destroys everything you own. I decree this in Jesus’ name.
Tell me where exactly in NYC a family of two making 70,000 can find an affordable apartment? Assume that’s for a two bedroom, as if the family was a parent and one child who needs their own room.
This is possibly the ugliest new apartment building I’ve ever seen in the city. Bravo!
Is there an award for that? 😉
Im interesting in this place
Do y’all take program
So they preserved the old building and then added a new building on top of it?!
