Located between Wilson Avenue and Central Avenue, the interior lot is four blocks west of the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Mark Weiss of 162A Coverts Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,489 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 936 square feet.
