The Vantage, a new dual-tower development, is now among the latest high-rise residential developments to reach completion in Jersey City. From Fisher Development Associates, the first building, located at 33 Park View Avenue, was completed in 2017 and the second tower, at 1 Park View Avenue, will launch leasing this spring.

Located at the convergence of Jersey City’s Paulus Hook and Van Borst neighborhoods, the 45-story buildings together house 900 apartments, over 75,000 square feet of amenities, and roughly 11,300 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Tower Two specifically comprises 452 rental units that range from studios up to two-bedroom spreads. The building’s prismatic glass façade affords occupants expansive views of the Hudson River and Uptown Manhattan.

Amenity spaces at Tower Two occupy around 50,000 square feet of the building’s footprint. Specific programming includes a 45th-floor Sky Lounge, a fitness center and yoga studio, a children’s playroom, a business center, a co-working lounge with private work pods, a game room, and on-site parking. A sixth-floor amenity deck shared with Tower One houses two swimming pools, a basketball court, an expansive open-air lawn, fire pits, and barbecue stations.

“From homes and amenities to location and views, The Vantage Collection has distinguished itself as the signature apartment high-rise in Hudson County,” said Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates. “We’re thrilled to deliver this premier new building to a renting public that’s already shown great appetite for its oversized, well-appointed layouts, hotel-level amenities and services, and uninterrupted views considered some of the world’s best.”

  1. “…at the convergence of Jersey City’s Paulus Hook and Van Borst neighborhoods…” Van Vorst.

  2. I have a friend that I often visit at Vantage Tower One. He had a “pent house” one bedroom then later moved to the 22nd floor for approx. $1000 less/month. The workmanship is downright embarrassing at any cost for a modern build. Shelfs are not aligned, sheetrock is missing plaster, stud separations are not per code.

  3. “Premier” new building pockmarked with cheap PTACs.

  4. will you have apartments in the range 600.- 900.00month
