Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $92,572 to $167,570.
Amenities include a coin-operated laundry room, digital intercoms, a parking area, and storage space. Tenants are responsible for electricity, as well as gas for stove, heat, and hot water.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two two-bedrooms with a $2,700 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $92,572 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 8, 2021.
