Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $76,835 to $139,620.
Amenities include a virtual doorman, security cameras, and air conditioning, dishwashers, and energy-efficient appliances in unit. Some units will have private balconies.
