The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2741 Fulton Street, a four-story residential development in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects and developed by Aron Schwartz, the building yields 11,233 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,000 to $167,570.
Amenities include high-speed internet, a shared laundry room, gym, and a rooftop terrace. Residences have air conditioning, dishwashers, and name-brand kitchen appliances and finishes.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,925 for incomes ranging from $66,000 to $139,620 and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,225 for incomes ranging from $76,286 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 13, 2021.
