Waldo is the latest company to join The Breeze, a 100,000-square-foot Class A office building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The property is located at 315 Meserole Street and includes a 6,000-square-foot landscaped courtyard with outdoor seating, a 2,000-square-foot retail arcade titled ‘The Breezeway,” and a rooftop restaurant.
Founded in 2018, Waldo is a mobile testing platform designed to help companies evaluate apps during the product development phase. The company’s 3,600-square-foot lease is located on the building’s second floor and was negotiated with five-year terms.
“We’re excited to join The Breeze along with its roster of innovative tenants,” said Amine Bellakrid, co-founder at Waldo. “In three years, we’ve expanded our company and as we move into this new space, we can focus on new solutions to impact product creation for developers and create new jobs for our company.”
The Breeze was completed in 2019 by The Hudson Companies, a New York City-based developer. Led by S9 Architecture, project scope included a full repositioning of an existing industrial warehouse into a modern commercial property with open floorplans, exposed concrete, and oversized windows.
As part of the renovation, the entire structure received new building systems, including all new electric distribution, elevators, HVAC systems, and a complete roof replacement. The façade is meant to evoke Bushwick’s vibrant creative community and features large geometric angles painted in bright yellow, pink, and turquoise.
Waldo’s move follows Hudson’s signing of a ten-year, 4,620-square-foot lease with the Wandering Barman, a production facility and tasting room for bottled cocktails in March 2020. Offering batched handcrafted cocktails, Wandering Barman sells single-serving-sized bottles to bars, restaurants, and venues throughout several states.
ABS Partners Real Estate represented the Hudson Companies and Squarefoot represented Waldo in the transaction.

Finally answering the age old question….
“Where’s Waldo?”
Amazing! This blog looks exactly like my old one! It’s on a entirely different topic but it has pretty much the same page layout and design. Excellent choice of colors!
As a restaurant manager you’ll need to deal with difficult situations. While you’ll encounter challenges and frustrations, you must be mindful of the factors that got you here. While the cost of commodities is rising and employees are likely to quit, a positive outlook keeps them focused and focused on the company’s long-term success. Employees will reflect your positive disposition and will follow your direction in solving issues and improving the work environment.
