Available on NYC Housing Connect are 17 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $23,212 to $139,620.

Final Exterior Elements Underway on David Adjaye’s 130 William Street in Financial District, Manhattan

The final exterior touches are underway on 130 William Street, an 800-foot-tall residential skyscraper in the Financial District and number 18 on YIMBY’s year-end countdown. Designed by David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates and developed by Lightstone, the 66-story tower will yield 242 units marketed by Corcoran Sunshine, ranging in price from $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to $20,000,000 for a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse. Hill West Architects served as architect of record for the project, which is bound by William, Fulton, and Gold Streets.

MGM Marin Boulevard Nears Completion at 331 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City, New Jersey

Construction is nearing completion on the MGM Marin Boulevard, a 41-story residential tower at 331 Marin Boulevard in downtown Jersey City‘s Powerhouse Arts District. Alternately addressed as 184 Morgan Street, the 400-foot-tall structure is designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve and developed by The Albanese Group and will yield 482 units, 121 parking spaces, a 125-seat theater, and 14,000 square feet of amenities. 331 Marin Boulevard is located directly to the south of 351 Marin Boulevard, another residential project under construction, and is bound by Marin Boulevard to the east, Morgan Street to the south, Grove Street to the west, and Bay Street to the north. Hatfield Group is the façade consultant.
