Construction is now underway at 111 Willoughby Street, a 40-story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by GF55 Architects and developed by The Michaels Organization and joint-venture partners Triangle Equities and Geolo Capital, the 437-foot-tall building will yield 205,000 square feet and 227 rental homes.
The primary residential component will occupy floors six through 40 and will include 69 affordable units. Residential amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, a rooftop lounge, and a fitness center. Additional components include a 20,000-square-foot ministry center for the St. Boniface parish and a small commercial space offering 1,814 square feet.
The building’s understated façade will comprise a mix of white, gray, and bronzed metal cladding, with a varying selection of windows.
Total construction costs are estimated at $123 million with ZDG participating as general contractor. The project team expects completion and delivery in 2025.

Goodbye Belltel Lofts lot line windows. There’s a whole line of condo units that will loose up to six out of 8 windows, from the looks of it. That’s really tough, but it is what it is. My sympathies to the affected owners.
GOOD MORNING! Can I rent a 1 bedroom apt. with my citipheps voucher? It’s for me alone…PLEASE SEND ME AN E-MAIL…THANKYOU!
They should name it, 5-S.
Wasn’t this supposed to be a dorm? and the fact that they couldn’t get that crappy little building next door to sell is nuts.
Kinda sad when an old church gets demolished. On the other hand who cares
Hello my name is Consuelo sanchez and I would like to know if you except city vouchers like cityfheps
Another mediocre high rise for the downtown. It looks more like Phoenix and less like Brooklyn with each passing day.
The Church is not to be demolished but provided with more community space than ever before
And yes “on the other hand” it does matter to the 1000s pf people who cherish it as an vibrant religious artistic and open minded worship space
Well you be taking sec 8 voucher.? Please answer
Gerald Ross; Yes, the application ask do you live in a Shelter or do you have a Voucher…….
