Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 1 Putnam Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Bordered by Cambridge Place and Putnam Square, the lot is within walking distance of the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the C train. Abe Betesh of Abeco Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 40,364 square feet, with 32,994 square feet designated for residential space and 7,370 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 41 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 804 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and one enclosed parking space.

RSLN Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
