Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 128 Livonia Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located between Amboy Street and Herzl Street, the lot is a short walk to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 3 trains. Isaac Rosenberg is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 51,192 square feet, with 35,188 square feet designated for residential space and 16,003 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 52 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 26 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
