Located between West 132nd Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard, the corner lot is within walking distance of the 135th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, and C trains. Michel Perle is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 89,022 square feet, with 79,606 square feet designated for residential space, 8,458 square feet for commercial space, and 958 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 52 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,530 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 56 enclosed parking spaces.
Fischer Makooi Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
