Located between Central Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the lot is steps from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. LW Developers Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 28,035 square feet, with 27,875 square feet designated for residential space and 160 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 42 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 663 square feet.
