HAP Investments has received the first temporary Certificate of Occupancy for Maverick Chelsea, a 20-story residential building at 225 West 28th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by DXA Studio, the structure yields 112 rental units including 35 units designated for residents at 70 to 80 percent area median income (AMI).
Each residence features custom white oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and Miele appliances. Building amenities include a 60-foot-long swimming pool, a children’s playroom, a yoga room, and a fitness center with a sauna and steam room. Residents will have access to a roof deck with a smart grill and pizza oven.
