Permits have been filed for a seven-story commercial building at 156 Bowery in Nolita, Manhattan. Located between Kenmare and Broome Streets, the lot is in walking distance of the Bowery subway station, serviced by the J and Z and the Grand Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains.
