Construction is complete on Waterstone of Westchester, a senior housing building at 150 Bloomingdale Road in central White Plains. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the new community offers 132 independent living units for seniors 62 years and up, a collection of health and wellness amenities, and access to local visiting nurse services.
Waterstone of Westchester is the latest senior living facility from Epoch Senior Living and National Development, a real estate investment firm based in Massachusetts. Waterstone-branded senior living facilities are also located in Stamford, Connecticut and several cities in Massachusetts including Boston, Lexington, and Wellesley.
Available residences range from one- to large two-bedroom units with a den. Amenities include a heated indoor pool, social programming, a health club, a salon, in-home servicing for maintenance and upkeep, and housekeeping staff.
Unique to Waterstone of Westchester, the residences are rental homes with long-term contract and entrance fees eliminated. Monthly rates begin at $8,700 on the low end with occupancy now underway.

Looks like Barney Rubble built the entry portico….not the refined stonework in the rendering by Elkus Manfredi, reputable Boston Architects. tsk. White Plains is not Aspen, dudes. (dudes being the developer/builder)
How much is it n how one gets there.
I believe that this used to be the Westchester Hilton, closed permanently at the beginning oof the pandemic. I recognize the main entranceway. Looks like the exterior has been remodeled, but the pool and presumably other facilities remain from the old hotel.
You are 100% incorrect. This was built in a city owned parking lot from scratch.
