Units come equipped with dishwasher, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and either a patio or balcony. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas stove, electric hot water, and electric heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are seven one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,950 for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $187,330 and seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,650 for incomes ranging from $90,858 to $187,330.
