Designed by Studio Gallos and developed by Yaacov Azrad, the structure yields 105 residences and a 1,856-square-foot community facility space on the ground floor used as a medical center. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 32 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $49,715 to $187,330.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a garage with assigned parking spaces, a shared laundry room, gym, spa, yoga and dance studio, pool, children’s playroom, doorman, and an on-site resident manager. Units include name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, air conditioning, dishwashers, high-speed internet, and hardwood floors.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are eight studios with a monthly rent of $1,450 for incomes ranging from $49,715 to $138,840; 13 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,750 for incomes ranging from $60,000 to $156,130; four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,250 for incomes ranging from $77,143 to $187,330; and seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,499 for incomes ranging from $85,680 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than July 8, 2022.
