Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 406 Midwood Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between New York and Brooklyn Avenues, the lot is near the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Jacob Scherman under the Homeland Property Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 7,907 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 790 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Infocus Design and Planning is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
