Permits have been filed for a seven-story commercial building at 1 Wythe Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Bordered by Wythe Avenue to the northwest, Banker Street to the east, and North 15th Street to the southwest, the lot is near the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Louis Handler of Keren Star is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 78,842 square feet designated for commercial and industrial space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar. Last year, plans were released during a review by the Department of City Planning for an eight-story, 100,000-square-foot structure developed by Schlomo Karpen under the One Wythe, LLC and designed by Archimæra Architecture.

StudiosC Architecture is listed as the architect of record for the new permits.

Demolition permits were filed in May 2019 for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
