Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 625 Rogers Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Parkside Avenue and Winthrop Street, the lot is one block west of the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Nigel Boyden of Crox Dale Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 27,469 square feet, with 21,733 square feet designated for residential space, 5,527 square feet for commercial space, and 209 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,207 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, nine open parking spaces, and nine enclosed parking spaces.
John Sunwoo of Palette Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in June 2021 for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
