Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 78-29 Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens. Located between 78th Avenue and Union Turnpike, the lot is near the Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. Rybak Development and Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 191,744 square feet, with 150,780 square feet designated for residential space and 40,964 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 91 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,656 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 123 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
