Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 88-29 163rd Street in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Hillside Avenue and 89th Avenue, the lot is is near the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer station, serviced by the E train. Ashad Ajim under the 163 Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 57-foot-tall development will yield 7,906 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 564 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Chi Wai Chung of L&C Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
