  1. That’s the back side of the building YIMBY.

  2. Hi I’m interested

  3. STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME PEOPLE.
HOW DOES THIS HELP THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF THIS AREA?
THIS IS A JOKE AND IT IS USING TAXPAYER MONEY TO SUBSIDIZE MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS.
    421A IS DEAD FINALLY

  4. Affordability is relative. I’m sure theirs a broom closet at the Four Seasons that will make someones dreams come true. Turn off your all caps.

  5. Why make the income affordable to low income but when the people that come over here even they some illegally they income housing and medical but the people that ate here they don’t do a thing for homeless people.

  6. Did they accidentally swap the symbols for tile and wood on the finish plans?

    • LOL… Tile that looks like wood has got to be one of the worst trends since harvest gold. There’s going to be an entire industry around tearing out wood plank ceramic tile.

  7. No subway within walking distance.
