The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1110 DeKalb Avenue, a seven-story mixed-use building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by Eyal Levitt Architect and developed under the Tabi Tabi LLC, the structure yields 29 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $74,709 to $156,130.

Residences include air conditioning, washers and dryers, and outdoor space in either patio or balcony. Amenities include a gym, elevator, rooftop terrace, and bike storage lockers. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,179 for incomes ranging from $74,709 to $138,840; one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,250 for incomes ranging from $77,143 to $156,130; six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,350 for incomes ranging from $80,572 to $156,130; and one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,400 for incomes ranging from $82,286 to $156,130.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 4, 2022.
