  1. Always interesting to see a lintel keystone with no lintel.

This whole thing is hard on the eyes. Who hires architects like this?

    • Who gives a crap about a lintel keystone other than you?
how about the more important point that this isn’t AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUT INCOME LINKED HOUSING FOR UPPER INCOME PEOPLE ONLY ?

      • Shut up creep… No one wants to hear your stale copy and paste diatribes about affordable housing. You know whar drives down the cost of housing? MORE HOUSING you old fart!

  2. You almost wonder if this spate of affordable housing that looks like urban prisons is intentional. What an eye-sore and visual insult. The same building in red or tan brick would’ve been quite nice, but this just looks dank and miserable.

    • This isn’t AFFORDABLE HOUSING
THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME , NOT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF THIS AREA.
WHAT A JOKE TO CALL THIS AFFORDABLE
      AFFORDABLE TO WHOM??
THIS IS A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY FOR MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS .
421A IS DEAD SO THIESE BOONDOGGLES WITH OUR MONEY HAS STOPPED FOR THE MOMENT.

  3. STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING!

    • you stop copying and pasting the same thing over and over in every single post about affordable housing. OFC it’s NOT affordable to every single person in the universe.
