Permits have been filed to expand a four-story structure into a six-story building at 304 East 52nd Street in Turtle Bay, Manhattan. Located between First and Second Avenues, the lot is near the Lexington Avenue/53rd Street subway station, serviced by the E and M trains. Remy Issembert of Issembert Companies is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 71-foot-tall development will yield 8,170 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 817 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 37-foot-long rear yard.

Paul Golden Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the development calls for an expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
