One of the city’s largest tech incubators will soon debut at Zero Irving, a new 21-story property at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square. The facility will occupy six full floors and debut as Civic Hall @ Union Square.
Building owner and developer RAL Development Services finalized a 25-year lease agreement with The Fedcap Group, which will program and manage the new space. Facilities will include a digital workforce training center with 25 state-of-the-art classrooms, collaborative community space, a technology start-up incubator, and a conference and events center.
Civic Hall @ Union Square will also provide a comprehensive offering of digital skills and tech training programs including collegiate degrees and technical certificates. In an effort to improve educational equity and access throughout the five boroughs, program retention efforts are focused on underserved communities and historically disadvantaged New Yorkers.
Training and education programs will be delivered by The Fedcap Group subsidiaries and partners including Apex Technical School, Power52 Energy Solutions, Paul Smith’s College, and Fedcap Inc., Fedcap’s workforce training arm. Students and members will also have access to financial literacy training and other support programs.

Civic Hall @ Union Square is expected to debut by the end of 2023.
