Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed by RAL Development, as well as financial partners Junius Real Estate Partners and Suffolk Construction, the 176,000-square-foot edifice stands topped out and will open as an affordable and market-rate office building for technology firms with a range of amenities. Zero Irving is located along East 14th Street between Broadway to the west and Third Avenue to the east. Leasing is now underway with JLL as the exclusive marketing agent.
