Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 316 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is one block from the Dekalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Frank Gagliardo is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 41-foot-tall development will yield 5,463 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 39-foot-long rear yard.
TL Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
