Construction is wrapping up on Post House, an 11-story residential building at 533 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Sterling Town Equities, the 90,000-square-foot structure yields 41 condominium units and two four-story townhouses with interior design by Workshop/APD. Pro-H Development was the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 542 Atlantic Avenue and occupies a through-block parcel bound by Atlantic Avenue to the north, Pacific Street to the south, Fourth Avenue to the east, and Third Avenue to the west.
At the time of our last update in April, exterior work was still in the process of wrapping up. Since then, construction has finished on the mechanical bulkhead and the ground floor, and the sidewalk scaffolding has been dismantled. Some construction fencing remains in front of the building, but should be removed as soon as the remaining finishing touches conclude on the frontage.
Close-up shots reveal the details in the warm-hued brick façade and arched floor-to-ceiling windows. Above a series of stepped setbacks, the façade transitions to dark paneling with geometric patterning.
Below are exterior renderings of the back side of the building facing Pacific Street, showcasing the rear entrance, courtyard, and the main lobby.
Sales have already launched for Post House and the first closings are expected to commence in early 2023. Select residences offer a private balcony or terrace.

The significance of this discovery on the design, that be able to calling through exterior so beautiful colors and arched. As the property showed from crowd below, views can’t stop being open with people who want to go there as resident: Thanks to Michael Young.
What a beautifully done building.
A simply gorgeous, signature design that fits remarkably well between two historical bookends.
The historic post office building it replaced is another sad loss where the facade, at least, could have been kept. Most all units are sold or in contract. The apartments are the typical open kitchen entry for Uber Eats and a laundry closet.
Missed the old post office facade
Interesting and seemingly well done.
I heard that the tenants of the new building will be all male.
More of this please!
Need a two bedroom apartment thankyou
