Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 430 West 37th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Located between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, the lot is a short walk to the 34 Street-Hudson Yards subway station, serviced by the 7 train. It is unclear who the owner is but Warner Construction is the general contractor for the property.
The proposed 120-foot-tall development will yield 128,331 square feet, with 118,298 square feet designated for residential space, 9,584 square feet for commercial space, and 455 square feet for community space. The building will have 128 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 924 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have two cellar levels.
Archimæra Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
