The affordable housing lottery has launched for 360 West 43rd Street, a 23-story mixed-use building in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Developed by The Brodsky Organization in 2002, the structure yields 256 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,715 to $218,010.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, garage, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, gymnasium, outdoor terrace, doorman, and concierge. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $161,590; seven one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,900 for incomes ranging from $99,429 to $181,740; and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,800 for incomes ranging from $130,286 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 21, 2025.
