Designed by J Frankl Architects, the structure yields 238 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 72 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $80,572 to $187,330.

Amenities include a garage, dog washing station, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, business center, recycling center, gym, and a rooftop terrace. Residences come equipped with dishwashers and name-brand kitchen appliances. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 18 studios with a monthly rent ranging from $2,350 to $2,800 for incomes ranging from $80,572 to $138,840; 18 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent ranging from $2,600 to $2,900 for incomes ranging from $89,143 to $156,130; and 36 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent ranging from $3,150 to $3,550 for incomes ranging from $108,000 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 23, 2023.

  1. Is this the tall building you see as you are going south on the Henry Hudson right after you get off from the George Washington Bridge?

  2. Here we go again.
    Trying to call this affordable housing when this is INCOME LINKED housing and only affordable to upper middle income and high income people , not the low income people of NYC who need housing.
    This is a sad joke and a taxpayer subsidy to millionaire developers.
    421A is dead so this has temporarily stopped.

  3. Does anyone buy the myth that YIMBY is supposed to encourage affordable housing for the sake of humanity anymore? It’s pretty shameful.

      I never thought YIMBY ever did; it was aimed at bringing to light all kinds of development in NYC (and slightly beyond), not about promoting affordable housing per se.
