Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 491 Evergreen Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Madison Street and Putnam Avenue, the lot is near the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Sasha Mehdyzadeh under the Silverrock Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 6,810 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 681 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 36-foot-long rear yard.
Amr Ouda is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
