Related Companies has shared a new collection of photos for its debut of Tribeca Green’s freshly renovated apartments and amenity spaces. Located at 210 Warren Street in Battery Park City, Manhattan, the building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern and completed in 2000. Today, the building houses 273 condominiums, hospitality-inspired amenity spaces, and offers clear views of the Hudson River, Teardrop Park, and the surrounding downtown landscape.
“It was a great honor to revisit and re-envision Tribeca Green, one of our first projects in New York City,” said Michael Jones, partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects. “The building will retain its timeless brick and metal cornice façade, recalling the architectural history of the neighborhood, while we redesigned all interiors and amenity spaces to reflect how New Yorkers’ lifestyles have changed over the years.”
The lobby features an antique bronze concierge desk, Italian marble flooring, sculptural light fixtures, and 24-hour dedicated staff.
Available apartments range from studios up to four-bedroom layouts. All of the units feature Miele kitchen appliances and marble for the bathrooms, kitchen countertops, and back splashes.
The collection of amenity spaces, programmed under the Related Life brand, includes a roof deck on the 17th floor, a fitness center with a dedicated yoga studio, a children’s playroom, a teen lounge with a dedicated kitchen, a makerspace for creatives, coworking suites, and a dog washing station. Residents will also have access to a parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage, and a landscaped terrace with barbecue grills, dining areas, and additional lounge space.
Related Sales LLC and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are the exclusive marketing and sales agents for the development. Sales at the property launched earlier this week.

Interesting how in twenty years the building was already old and dated and needed to be renovated.
That kitchen seems very cramped and stingy on storage at this price point. The primary bathroom looks nice, though.
