Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 2795 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Located between Hendrix Street and Van Siclen Avenue, the lot is steps from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Yisroel Greenfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 34,282 square feet, with 33,107 square feet designated for residential space and 1,175 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 51 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 649 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 26 open parking spaces, and 26 enclosed parking spaces.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
